Is the app available yet?
Not yet. KRMN is in the final stretch before release and will arrive on the App Store and Google Play soon. This page will be updated the moment it does.
What can my coach actually see?
If you are in their squad: your name, email and phone number, your logged sessions (type, duration, effort rating, recovery), your sleep entries if you logged sleep, your training load and trends, your personal bests, and the readiness signal KRMN calculates from all of that. That visibility is the point of the coach dashboard.
They cannot see your location, and they cannot see anything about you if you are not in one of their squads. Section 5 of the privacy policy lists this item by item.
Can my teammates see my numbers?
Only the light stuff. If your coach turns on squad boards, teammates can see your name against things like a streak count, sessions logged or a “most improved” standing. Your effort ratings, recovery scores, sleep entries and readiness flags are never shown to teammates.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes · KRMN is offline-first. Everything you log is saved to your phone straight away and works with no connection at all. When your device next reaches the internet, your training data syncs so your coach's dashboard is current.
Do I have to share my location?
No. Location access is entirely optional, the app's core features work without it, and you can withdraw the permission any time in your device settings. Location data never leaves your phone. It is not uploaded to us and your coach never sees it.
Is the readiness signal medical advice?
No. It is an estimate calculated from data you typed in yourself. It is not a medical device and not a diagnosis. If you are injured or unwell, see a healthcare professional. See Section 6.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Without the app installed, follow the steps at krmn.co.in/delete-account. Both routes erase everything we hold about you.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. A reset link goes to your registered email address. If that address is no longer reachable, email us and we will help you recover the account.
Does KRMN show ads or track me?
No, and it never will. There are no advertising networks, no analytics platforms and no tracking SDKs in the app.
SchoolsFor schools and coaches
If you run a school or academy sports programme and want to use KRMN with your athletes, or you need documentation for your parent consent process, email privacy@krmn.co.in and we will send you what you need.
Before a student under 18 is given an account, we require the school to have obtained parental or guardian consent and to have shared our privacy policy with them. Section 7 of the policy covers this in detail.
