If you still have KRMN installed, this takes about ten seconds and happens immediately.
- Open KRMN and sign in
Use the account you want to remove.
- Go to Profile → Settings
Tap your profile icon, then the settings gear.
- Tap “Delete account”
You'll be asked to confirm. Read the warning. This cannot be undone.
- Confirm
Your account and its data are removed from our databases straight away.

Already uninstalled the app? Locked out of your account? Email us and we will delete it for you.

Send from the email address registered to the account. That is how we verify it is really you. Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.

Include the full name and registered email address on the account. You do not need to give a reason.

We confirm and delete
We acknowledge within 48 hours and complete verified deletions within 7 days, then email you confirmation.

Two copies, two steps
KRMN is offline-first, so your training data exists in two places: the local database on your phone, and the synced copy on our servers. Deleting your account erases our copy. To remove the copy on your phone, clear the app's data in your device settings or uninstall KRMN. Your optional location data only ever existed on the phone.
DetailWhat we keep, and why
After deletion we retain only a minimal record that the deletion request was made and actioned. No name, no email, no phone number. We keep it because data protection law requires us to be able to demonstrate that we honoured your request. Nothing in that record can identify you.
Your coach may keep aggregate squad totals, for example the team's average training load for a past week. Those figures no longer identify you individually and cannot be traced back to your logs.
For familiesParents and guardians
If you are a parent or legal guardian and want a child's account deleted, email privacy@krmn.co.in from an address the child's school holds on record for you. We will verify the relationship, delete the account, and confirm in writing, normally within 7 days and always within 30 days.
